![]() This has been an big inconvenience to mechanic. They never delivered an engine that I paid $2375 dollars for and claim the refund process is too long. I would not advice any consumer to work with this company. I’ve emailed them requesting information and demanding a refund but there has been no resolution. It was never delivered today is February 11,2022.This company continued to give me false information and hopes for their product. On February 3,2022 per email the company stated my product will be delivered in 7 days. As I waited, the engine was never delivered. It was never delivered.I called again and they made me acknowledge by email that it was the correct engine shown in the picture attached to the email and that the engine would be delivered 48-72 hours and they informed me that it would arrive on the 2nd of February,2022. There was always an excuse or lie in communication.I talked to multiple representatives of the company (Jasper Automotives LLC) Shirley, Steve and other representatives and no one could tell me where my engine was or give me details.I talked with Shirley on the 24th of January and she informed me that the engine would be delivered within 48-72 hours. I called so much they started to ignore my number and did not answer. They never called me back with updates I always called. This company is negligent to consumers orders. I ordered an engine from Jasper Automotives LLC that was never delivered to me.I ordered this engine on January 3rd,2022.I was told by Steve that this engine would arrive within two weeks and it never did.Due to the engine not arriving I inquired about it per company phone (502)977-5353.They told me it was being delayed and the engine would arrive January18th,2022.I never received the engine.I requested the tracking ID per phone and the details could never be given to me.In one phone call Shirley told me that she didn't even know where the engine I ordered was.Everytime I called to ask for details they would say they have to call the carrier and get back to me.
